Peter is a 25 to 30 pound, Shepherd mix, born around December, 2021.  He won't get much bigger, which is hard to believe since he's got more personality to fill a hundred gallon bucket. Peter and his siblings were found taking refuge in an abandoned vehicle.  They were just holding on until help arrived and it's been a party ever since.  Don't get me wrong, Peter isn't bursting with energy, his level is quite nice actually, but he's easy to please and just happy-go-lucky.  He loves to "wrastle" with his brother, which is the countrified version of wrestling.
