Leon is a special boy who is a bit frightened of the world outside of his foster home.  He has a quiet, undemanding nature.  Leon started life as a feral and unhealthy pup.  As he became healthy again, it was clear that he would be a little more reserved, approaching humans on his own terms.  This gentle boy is extremely dog savvy and has befriended several special needs dogs, taking them in and tenderly playing with them.  Leon is a star on Emotional Rescue's Facebook page. 

Leon is a white Shepherd and was born in early October, 2021.  He is dog friendly and does not need to be in a kennel.  He is amazingly well behaved.  He would like to have a fenced yard and another dog to play with.  To meet him, apply at emotionalrescuedogs.org.
